Job summary

Jobtailor in California seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Lead to manage and perform maintenance on assigned aircraft while ensuring airworthiness and policy compliance. You will develop budgets and supervise expenditures for each asset.

The role requires an A&P Certificate, 10+ years in corporate aircraft maintenance, and strong knowledge of CFRs, maintenance standards, and program direction; Hawker 900XP experience preferred.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations
• Demonstrates knowledge of the CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards
• Proficient with planning, implementation, and direction of the maintenance programs
• Recent experience in Hawker 900XP (6 months within the past 24 mos.)
• Remains fit for duty and abstain from drug and alcohol abuse.
