The Walt Disney Company at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii is seeking a capable bartender to greet guests, craft cocktails, and deliver exceptional service in a lively lounge setting.

You will engage guests with Hawaiian language and culture, operate POS systems, and ensure swift, friendly service seven days a week under a full-time schedule. Requires 21+ with Hawaii liquor card and strong guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of Hawaiian language and culture.
• Experience bartending in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons following standard recipes.
• Serve multiple guests at the bar and assist servers; take orders and process via POS.
• Operate bar equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Engage with guests in Hawaiian to share culture and language.
• Articulate menu options and ingredients to guests.
• Assist guests with directions, entertainment schedules, and event information.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance at end of shift.
• Restock liquor and supplies as needed.
