Ono Hawaiian BBQ is hiring Kitchen Crew Members to join our fast-casual team in California. You will support back-of-house operations, assist with food prep, stock inventory, and ensure portions and service are accurate and timely.

This hourly role emphasizes health code compliance, safety, and a strong work ethic. Part-time or full-time positions are available, offering competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic, tropical-inspired environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
