Qualifications

• College credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
• Minimum qualifications include any of: Associate degree in ECE, CDA, or 2 years college with ECE credits.
• Must be able to implement early childhood behavior management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily classroom instruction in line with lesson plans.
• Supports teacher in planning and implementing activities.
• Maintains student records and attendance.
• Communicates with families regarding student progress.
• Substitute teaching in absence of the teacher.
