Job summary

Camp Fear/Nightmare Theater in Nebraska invites a friendly Ticket Booth Guest Attendant to join our seasonal crew. You will greet guests, process reservations, sell tickets and merchandise, and help guests enjoy the haunted season from 5pm to 9:30pm on event nights.

This role requires cash handling, POS use, and clear communication. Nights and weekends are a must, and training is provided. You’ll be part of a fun, safety-focused team at the park entrance.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with enthusiasm for Halloween and the haunted season.
• Strong communication and guest service skills for busy weekend nights.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Accurate cash handling and ability to operate a POS system.
• Comfort with reservation systems and walkie-talkies.

Responsibilities

• Set up ticket booth and office area each evening.
• Greet guests and check in with reservations.
• Sell walk-up tickets and retail items; upsell where possible.
• Answer calls and provide park information and directions.
• Close booth securely at night and coordinate with staff.
