Job summary

Nebholdings, LLC is seeking Event/Park Guest Attendants for Camp Fear in Elkhorn, NE. This seasonal, part-time role supports greeting guests, guiding them to sites, maintaining park cleanliness, and delivering exceptional service during nightly haunts.

Shifts run evenings and weekends around 5pm-9:30pm or 7pm-midnight, with pay $15 per hour. Team of 3-4, training provided, safety protocols followed, and opportunities to upsell park offerings.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent guest service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at park entrance and make a positive first impression.
• Escort guests to tents or firepit sites and assist with directions and carrying items.
• Light fires at firepit sites while following safety protocols.
• Monitor wristbands and occupancy limits at firepits to ensure safety.
• Upsell and deliver retail items to guests at their sites.
