Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations to supervise driving crews across multiple lines of business. You will lead safety programs, ensure compliance, and partner with maintenance and sales to improve routes and service levels.

You will drive customer experience, efficiency, and employee engagement while managing budgets and adhering to company standards. This is an on-site role in a dispersed geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety goals and communicate safety objectives to drivers and operations team.
• Eliminate unsafe conditions on routes and coordinate with sales to address safety on new routes.
• Partner with maintenance to keep equipment safe and compliant with safety standards.
• Drive customer experience by meeting/exceeding service expectations and resolving incidents quickly.
• Improve efficiency by optimizing routes, reducing hours, and achieving budgeted goals.
• Engage and develop employees, foster collaboration and coach for advancement.
