Overview

Our Hauling Operations Manager tasks: As a Hauling Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our hauling division, ensuring that activities run with efficiency, safety, and consistency. This role requires the Hauling Operations Manager to establish clear goals for each team member and the department as a whole. Regularly crafting, utilizing, and refining standard operating procedures is essential to meet these goals. A Hauling Operations Manager must possess strong leadership qualities, with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring to ensure the division\'s staff excels.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily functions of the hauling division, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistency.
  • Establish clear goals for each team member and the department as a whole.
  • Craft, utilize, and refine standard operating procedures to meet goals.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring.
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in hauling operations or a related field.
Education
  • A required Associate’s degree in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in recycling production or high-speed manufacturing is preferred.
