Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations to supervise collections activities across multiple lines of business in a geographically dispersed area.

You will oversee drivers and helpers, work with the Operations Manager and General Manager, and implement initiatives to drive safety, customer experience, and efficiency. Responsibilities include leading safety programs, addressing unsafe conditions, improving routes, and engaging employees to achieve budgetary

Responsibilities

• Safety: Lead safety goals and address unsafe conditions on routes.
• Customer Experience: Meet or exceed customer expectations and handle missed pickups or schedule changes.
• Efficiency: Lead routes to maximize density and improve efficiency; reduce route hours where possible.
• Employee Engagement: Build a collaborative team, coach for advancement, and engage employees in the Company.
