Standard Construction Co., a CRH Company, is seeking a loader/operator with 2–5 years of experience to join our mining and construction operations in Mississippi. The role involves safe operation of heavy equipment, adherence to OSHA/MSHA, and teamwork on diverse projects.

Candidates must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks, be willing to travel, work nights/weekends, and follow the safety procedures outlined in the handbook.

Qualifications

• Experience in loader operations is preferred.
• Experience in construction field is beneficial.
• Willing to comply with safety policies (OSHA/MSHA).

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment in pit/mining operations.
• Follow Foreman directions and daily task expectations.
• Perform daily inspections and basic equipment servicing.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees.
• Perform general labor duties as required.
