Job summary

The H&K Group is seeking a Haul Truck Driver for Naceville Quarry in Sellersville, PA. The role involves operating rubber-tired trucks to move and dump material, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

A CDL is not required, and the site offers strong health benefits and growth opportunities. Candidates should be safety-conscious, detail-focused, and able to perform daily inspections, maintenance, and routine tasks in a quarry environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass fit test and use PPE as needed.
• Must meet physical requirements for the role.
• Experience with heavy equipment or quarry operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections daily.
• Drives safely to transport material and meet production goals.
• Operates truck bed dump via lever and hydraulics.
• Performs routine truck maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Cross-trained to assist with maintenance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Naceville Quarry, a partner of H&K Group, Inc., is searching for a Haul Truck Driver to join their team! The driver operates straight or articulated rubber-tired rock trucks equipped with a hydraulically powered bed to transport and dump material. The ideal candidate is safety focused, pays attention to detail, and excels at teamwork. A CDL license is not required.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies
• Performs pre and post trip of truck every day and fills out daily inspection sheets
• Drives safely and efficiently to transport material and achieve production goals
• Moves levers to raise and tilt truck bed to dump material
• Performs routine maintenance on truck such as lubrication and cleaning

Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution OR related experience and/or training
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered
• Driver’s license
• Clean Driving record
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
• Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

• One year of experience operating heavy equipment with a strong preference for Water or Haul Truck operation
• Experience in a quarry, open pit mine, heavy civil/road construction, or other heavy industry
• CDL A or B
• MSHA and/or other applicable safety certifications and training
