The position requires a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of equipment operating experience, with a HS diploma a plus. Hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $27.00, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of equipment operating experience.

• Related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates A40 haul truck.
• Digs, spreads, and shovels dirt and gravel using pick and or shovel.
• Lifts, carries and holds building materials, tool and supplies.
• Cleans tools, materials and work areas.
• Performs equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing and oiling machines.
• Adjusts hand levers and depresses pedals to operate equipment and control attachments such as blades, buckets, and swing booms.
• Comply with Allan Myers policies including but not limited to Equipment repair / maintenance procedures and Operator Safety Standards; Safety, Safety, Safety!; "Home Safe Tonight" and related policies.

This non-exempt position requires heavy physical duties on a variety of tasks which are generally either unskilled or semi-skilled in nature. Duties will vary depending on the type of work assigned to crew.

Responsibilities:

• Operates A40 haul truck.
• Digs, spreads, and shovels dirt and gravel using pick and or shovel.
• Lifts, carries and holds building materials, tool and supplies.
• Cleans tools, materials and work areas.
• Performs equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing and oiling machines.
