Capital Paving and Construction is seeking an experienced haul truck driver for projects in Central Arkansas. Responsibilities include driving a haul truck to move dirt and rock, operating other vehicles such as dump trucks and water trucks, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure a safe work environment while maintaining compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
2. Report to job site with assigned loads and complete daily work orders.
3. Perform daily truck inspections.
4. Maintain truck logs or time recordings.
5. Load and secure equipment as needed.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous experience driving heavy haul and dump trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
