Job Overview

The Rental Haul Truck Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching haul truck drivers to job sites and branch locations as needed. You will serve as the main contact for customers, sales representatives, and branch teams regarding equipment deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with customers, sales team, branches, and haul drivers
• Open, review, and close work orders
• Dispatch haul trucks using Integrated Rental Dispatch software
• Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders and branch transfers

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of CAT equipment
• Experience with Integrated Rental or similar dispatch software
• Familiarity with Houston and surrounding areas
