Position Summary
E.S. Wagner Company, LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Haul Road Grader Operator. A sample of the position's duties and responsibilities include:

1. Operate grader to maintain soil haul roads used by on and off road earthmoving equipment.
2. Manipulate hand and/or foot controls to operate a grader on haul roads.
3. Coordinate machine actions with other activities, moving in response to hand or audio signals.
4. Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

1. Experience maintaining haul roads is preferred.
2. Ability to maintain positive drainage through establishing and maintaining haul road crowns and cross slopes.
3. Fine grade experience is preferred but not required.
