Turn 14 Distribution is hiring Warehouse Associates for our 1st shift team in Hatfield, PA. We’re looking for detail-driven, motivated individuals who are ready to jump in and keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:

Receive and unload shipments with care and accuracy

Verify part numbers and shipping documents

Enter shipment data into our ERP system

Sort and deliver inventory to assigned storage locations

Pick, sort, and pack orders with attention to detail

Generate shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL

Load outbound trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers

Perform regular inventory cycle counts

Reconcile any inventory discrepancies

What You Bring:

1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience (preferred but not required)

Understanding of inventory, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment workflows

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout your shift

Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things right

Team-first attitude and drive to meet daily goals

Desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a winning culture
