Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Hatfield, Pennsylvania

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Turn 14 Distribution is hiring Warehouse Associates for our 1st shift team in Hatfield, PA. We’re looking for detail-driven, motivated individuals who are ready to jump in and keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive and unload shipments with care and accuracy
• Verify part numbers and shipping documents
• Enter shipment data into our ERP system
• Sort and deliver inventory to assigned storage locations
• Pick, sort, and pack orders with attention to detail
• Generate shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL
• Load outbound trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts
• Reconcile any inventory discrepancies
  
  

What You Bring

• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience (preferred but not required)
• Understanding of inventory, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment workflows
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things right
• Team-first attitude and drive to meet daily goals
• Desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a winning culture
