Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an entry-level professional to supervise hatchery operations at the Cobb Vantress facility. You will oversee egg and chick handling, ensure accurate customer shipments, and maintain sanitation standards under biosecurity guidelines.

The role requires leading about 10 hourly team members, training staff, and enforcing safety and quality measures. Occasional travel and physical requirements are part of the job, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience with some related leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to train, monitor work quality, coach team members and ensure results.
• Experience in a biosecurity environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate hatchery activities for eggs and chicks.
• Ensure accuracy of customer egg packing and shipments.
• Maintain hatchery sanitation and biosecurity procedures.
• Lead a small team of hourly staff and provide training and coaching.
