Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a supervisor to lead hatchery operations in Cohutta, GA. The role focuses on supervising the workforce, maintaining records, and ensuring safe, efficient production of healthy baby chicks for broiler growth.

You will hire/train staff and uphold bio-security and safety standards. Candidate must have two years in processing/manufacturing and supervisory experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
• Must have knowledge of hatchery of baby chicks.
• Previous supervisory experience a must.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and direct the workforce.
• Hire and train personnel.
• Monitor safety rules and regulations.
• Set schedule.
• Observe all Bio-Security programs.
• Oversee production of healthy baby chicks for broiler grown out.
• Other duties as assigned.
