Responsibilities

• Correctly receive, set, and transfer large numbers of eggs weekly, ensuring minimal damage and high hatchability.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize hatchery areas and equipment to minimize mold and bacteria.
• Operate tray wash/separator machines efficiently to maximize throughput with minimal product damage.
• Safely transport and process daily chick output with accurate distribution and quality control.
• Follow management requests in a timely and efficient manner per SOPs and promote team morale.
