Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, set, and transfer eggs weekly with minimal damage to optimize hatchability.
• Clean and sanitize hatchery environment, including equipment and duct work to reduce mold and bacteria.
• Operate tray wash or separators efficiently to maximize throughput with minimal product damage.
• Transport and process chicks daily with attention to proper distribution and quality control.
• Follow management directions and SOPs while fostering teamwork.
