Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational certificate in a related field preferred.
• Ability to pass internal required testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines to keep them in optimal condition.
• Identify root causes of breakdowns and repair to minimize downtime.
• Record damaged or worn parts and install replacements as needed.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, inventory, and tools and coordinate with managers for regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with department heads on new products and modifications.
• Test machinery after alterations and implement improvements as needed.
• Observe safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
