Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Adel, GA is seeking an entry-level hatchery worker to assist in daily operations and to support the Hatchery Supervisor. You will help with safety, equipment, and workflow, and you may train fellow employees as needed.

Responsibilities include handling eggs, placing trays, operating hatchers, and maintaining clean work areas in a fast-paced environment. Must wear PPE and adhere to all policies and guidelines during shifts.

• Follow safety policies and PPE usage.
• All other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:Primarily responsible for performing a variety of duties within hatchery, and assisting/leading hourly team members.
