Responsibilities

• Prevents damaging any eggs.
• Pulls correct eggs for the assigned day.
• Keeps up with the flow of production.
• Feeding the Embrex machine egg flats, and ensure that neither eggs nor equipment is damaged.
• Stacks hatcher trays with the flow of production.
• Removes empty flats and adds buggy to empty egg.
• Moves Hatcher basket trolley to the correct assigned hatchery.
• Ensures the equipment is running correctly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.10 (plus, an additional $2.00 for the night shift differential)

Hours: 4:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (hours subject to change)

Key Responsibilities and Account abilities include but are not limited to:

• Prevents damaging any eggs
• Pulling correct eggs for the assigned day
• Keeping up with the flow of production
• Feeding the Embrex machine egg flats, and ensure that neither eggs nor equipment is damaged
• Stacking hatcher trays with the flow of production
• Remove empty flats and add buggy to empty egg
• Moving Hatcher basket trolly to the correct assigned hatcher
• Ensure the equipment is running correctly
• Any other duties as assigned

Work Environment/ Physical Demands

• Ability to lift overhead of up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work in a heated environment, temperatures ranging from 80F to 100F
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion
• Ability to work overtime as assigned
• Frequently:lifting, turning, twisting, bending, squatting, pushing, grasping, kneeling, reach forward, pulling stretching.
