Job summary

Select Genetics in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Back Crew Supervisor to oversee production and supervise up to 15+ crew members in the hatchery environment. Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Prior experience with animals or hatchery preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in PPE and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Back Crew employees during production.
• Developing and implementing Pull Order schedules.
• Completing Hatchability Paperwork and submitting to office.
• Assisting to keep production running smoothly.
• Preparing Pull Order for the following day.
• Overseeing biosecurity and animal welfare protocols during production.
