Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Mississippi is seeking a team member to transfer eggs from buggies to setter machines, perform machine checks, and maintain strict PPE use. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working in heat while following safety and animal welfare guidelines.
You must be self-motivated and able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Basic math is helpful; hatchery experience is preferred.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Primarily responsible for transferring a specified number of eggs from egg buggies to setter machine. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
