LIVE POSITIVE - Creating a better brunch, day, and world together Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support Management team with management shifts and being in key roles to manage restaurant Support catering parties and take on responsibilities of FOH management role in management absence. Must be proficient in bartending/barista role, Server role, host role, and expo role. Work with Hatch team during service to execute Remarkable Hospitality to all guests. Must be flexible to work mornings, nights, weekends, and Holidays. Control the pace of the restaurant and jump in to support all areas for smooth running shifts. Must follow and hold accountability to all Hatch standards and rules and regulations during the shift. Must have certificate of food handlers to manage any shift on premise and up to date. Must follow all opening and closing procedures to support management consistent best practices. Responsible for all invoice tracking and posting Process payments for deposits and payment of events through toast Support catering and night events with management team. Qualifications: Needs to have restaurant management experience in key holder role. Inspiring Leadership and training skills Great communication and organization skills Familiarity with Word/Excel, and comfortable navigation with a computer is essential.
