West Hill Hat Collection is looking for HAT STYLISTS! In this role, you will assist customers in designing and assembling their own custom hats at various events. This includes helping with materials, offering style advice, and guiding guests through the branding process. You will also assist with setup, teardown, and maintaining a positive guest experience.

• Events are typically 3-4 hours long with an additional 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for teardown. Times and dates vary depending on the event.
• Compensation varies per event plus tips. Some events may pay more depending on type, hours, and location. Payment details will be provided before you commit to an event.

Training Includes:

• Learning how to assemble and design hats, practice branding, and get comfortable with the tools and materials.
• Your first event you will work alongside a team member to assist customers, learn the POS system, and understand the event flow.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a strong eye for style and creativity.
• Enjoys working with people and creating memorable experiences.
• Is dependable, punctual, and comfortable with a flexible schedule.
• Can lift and move light event supplies and assist with setup/teardown.

Work Type:

• This is an independent contractor position.
• The work schedule is completely up to events scheduled that week.

Weekend shifts are not required but preferred.
