As the heartbeat of the Lids brand, you’ll deliver excellent service, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and cash handling, while representing our fandom-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
• Customer service experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
