Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Post-Harvest Supervisor in New Jersey to oversee harvest, destem, weighing, and packaging processes. You will ensure accurate reporting in state inventory systems and uphold high-quality, manicured cannabis products.

Responsibilities include safety audits, coordinating with Leads and Technicians, and aiding the Post-Harvest Manager with planning and training. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture/agriculture preferred or demonstrated experience in production.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong multi-tasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong computer skills.
• Able to pass state background checks and have required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment by performing safety audits and corrective actions.
• Adhere to the AYR Operating System (AOS) within the area.
• Assist the Post-Harvest Manager in organizing and planning department strategies.
• Audit leads’ inspection and weighing of cannabis flower and input data into tracking systems.
• Schedule labor and manage daily adjustments to meet production requirements.
• Maintain quality control to ensure a clean, seedless product with minimal defects.
• Track attendance and performance; assist in hiring and training.
