Weyerhaeuser seeks a Harvest Manager to lead planning, coordinating, and overseeing safe and compliant harvesting and transportation activities in Thomasville, AL. The Harvest Manager supports Weyerhaeuser’s Southern Timberlands harvesting operations in Thomasville, AL by planning, coordinating, and overseeing safe, compliant, and efficient harvesting and transportation activities. This role partners closely with Wood Flow, Marketing, Silviculture, Planning, contractors, and geographic leaders to help meet volume, market, quality, safety, environmental, and cost objectives.
A successful Harvest Manager builds credibility through safe field execution, disciplined contractor administration, reliable communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through. In the first 12–24 months, success includes demonstrating practical understanding of harvesting operations, using data and field observations to solve problems, supporting contractor and environmental accountability, and collaborating across functions to keep volume moving while protecting value.

This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $50,120 - $104,095 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
