• Maintain knife sharpness and keep harvest floor equipment in proper working condition throughout the shift.
• Keep workstations, walls, equipment, and the harvest floor clean and sanitized at all times.
• Follow all HACCP protocols and food safety requirements without exception.
• Support barn duties including weighing, feeding, and watering livestock as skills develop.
• Assist with general sanitation and end-of-shift cleanup procedures.

The operation processes beef, pork, lamb, and goat across a five-day schedule and is run by a tight-knit group that takes the work seriously. What the Job Involves
