Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of agriculture work experience
• Ability to learn basic repair and maintenance of equipment
• Must obtain MAC/609 certification within 90 days of job award
• Must obtain forklift certification within 30 days of job award
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license Class E or above

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and maintenance of harvest equipment (cane elevators, harvesters, tractors, compressors)
• Perform time-based repairs and inspections
• Deliver and assist with parts replacement on equipment
• Operate lifting devices and use proper rigging
• Clean and paint equipment
