Job summary

Jackson Family Wines’ La Crema Winery is hiring for Harvest 2026 in Northern California’s Russian River Valley. Learn the harvest process from Crush Pad operations to fermentation management and winery sanitation under the Cellarmaster.

Responsibilities include cleaning, racking, bottling support and forklift operation with a focus on safety. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, with wage transparency provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with good reading, writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sanitizing and sterilizing winery equipment and facilities.
• Racking and pumping of juice and wine; moving hoses and equipment.
• Making chemical and nutrient additions to juice and wine.
• Obtaining lab samples from tanks and barrels.
• Operating crush pad equipment.
• Forklift operation moving barrels and bins.
• Following and observing all safe cellar practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
