Job summary

Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is seeking dedicated Harvest/Cure team members to join our manufacturing operation. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule (M-F 7am-3:30pm) and pay of $17.25 per hour.

You will assist with harvesting, trimming, hanging, drying and curing, embrace safety protocols, and work as part of a collaborative crew. Candidates should be reliable, detail‑oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comply with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, fine attention to detail, and be punctual.
• Must be comfortable on a lift (with training).
• Must be comfortable on a ladder and with heights.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years old or older, per state regulations.
• Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air.

Job Types: Full-time, M-F 7am-3:30pm
