Job summary

Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is seeking Dry Trimmers to join our team. This entry-level role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies.

Monday through Friday shifts with no weekends; base pay $16/hour and frequent reviews for raises. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and on-site wellness activities along with PTO/ PSL and more.

• Will train the right candidate.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room.
• Keeping up with Company daily shift quotas
• Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming Cannabis
• Effectively remove sugar leaf and stems from product
• Occasionally assist other departments with harvest trimming
• Responsible for maintaining quality products
• Be aware of different strains of cannabis being processed in room, and being mindful of cross contamination
• Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Team Lead and/or Trim Supervisor

Base pay $16/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

• Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air.

• Bending, twisting and lifting is required

• Small repetitive hand/wrist movements required

• Sitting or standing for long periods of time
