Job Description

Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, located in Mound, MN, is seeking a Community Life Assistant to join our team. Harrison Bay offers a lakeside environment with 72 units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Our team is creative, fun, and dedicated to helping residents age magnificently.

Shifts Available: Part-Time, Every Other Weekend, 8am-4:30pm

HHA Wage: $17.50-$22.50, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, and implementing community life and wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
  • Facilitate group programs efficiently and promote wellness dimensions within community activities.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and volunteers to foster positive relationships.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Proficient computer skills, including email usage.
