Young World Physical Education is seeking a Building Instructional Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position involves providing job-embedded professional learning to enhance teacher performance and ultimately improve student achievement.
Candidates must hold a valid Indiana teaching license and demonstrate effective practices in lesson planning and classroom instruction. Benefits include health insurance and a public pension.
PURPOSE
Provide job-embedded differentiated professional learning to ensure teachers continuously improve their ability to provide instructional services to students resulting in increased student achievement.
Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas. REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options:
Must possess knowledge of effective practices, including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction. Student performance data in the teacher's classroom must show a positive trend of growth on the Indiana College and Career Standards. Demonstrated leadership on their Quality Improvement Team (QIT) and at the school in developing school-based curriculum (SCIP's, Assessments of and for Learning, and Instructional Design). Have skillfully facilitated teams through curriculum processes or problem solving effectively.
