Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Harness/Platform Engineer to build and maintain the foundation for AI Safety and Security tooling. You will ensure the platform enables reproducible experiments from environment to result, collaborating with security and evaluation teams to smooth workflows.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of software engineering, strong Python, containerized environments, and CI/CD; NeMo experience and knowledge of agent frameworks are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering skills.
• Comfort with containerized environments and CI/CD.
• Experience with agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, ML infrastructure, or evaluation harnesses.
• Care for versioned tooling and repeatable results.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the agent harness.
• Build the systems we use to run and reproduce experiments.
• Own environments, tooling, and repeatable runs.
• Collaborate with security and evaluation engineers on their workflows.
