Job summary

Iascorp is seeking a Harness Builder in Exton, Pennsylvania. The candidate should have a High School diploma and be able to understand engineering blueprints and BOM. Responsibilities include wiring, harnessing, and operating automated assembly equipment while adhering to IPC 620 standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with ISO 9000. Additional qualifications such as IPC-610 Certification and experience in avionics are desirable.

Overview

Innovative Aerosystems is looking for a Harness Builder that can understand and utilize engineering blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM). Perform wiring, harnessing, cabling including wire stripping, crimping, layout and lacing per IPC 620. Set up and run automated assembly equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Experience with ISO 9000
• Must pass eye exam
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Utilize Manual and powered hand tools

Desired

• Experience working in the aircraft avionics industry
• IPC-610 Certification
