Job summary

RideNow Group's Harley-Davidson store in Kennewick is seeking a motivated Motorclothes Sales Associate who loves riding culture. You’ll greet riders, help them choose premium apparel, riding gear, and official merchandise, and keep the floor inviting, clean, and stocked to Harley-Davidson standards.

You’ll develop deep product knowledge, process POS transactions, manage inventory, and support dealership events and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales, apparel sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Enthusiasm for motorcycle culture and the Harley-Davidson brand lifestyle.
• Friendly demeanor with outstanding verbal communication and customer relations skills.
• Comfortable using POS software, scanning tools, and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and dealership events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service: greet customers and assist them in selecting riding gear and official merchandise.
• Maintain visual standards: keep floor clean, stocked, organized, and styled to Harley-Davidson guidelines.
• Drive sales: build knowledge of seasonal collections and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Process POS transactions: handle purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders.
• Manage apparel inventory: assist with receiving, tagging, restocking, and audits.
• Support dealership events: participate in promotions, riding club functions, and open houses.
