Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and support Fountain House members through advocacy and group/individual sessions.
• Assist in developing a therapeutic community based on Social Practice and Clubhouse standards.
• Identify and address barriers such as social isolation, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and poverty.
• Facilitate access to housing, education, employment, and community-based resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete timely documentation of progress notes and contacts.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure safety and well-being of members and adherence to policies.
