Responsibilities

• Engage Fountain House members, support social design and therapeutic interventions.
• Develop relationships with members and the community to enable positive change.
• Provide daily advocacy and engagement to help members gain self-worth and confidence.
• Assist in counseling members individually and in groups to support independence and life adjustments.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in transitional employment support and onboarding activities.
