Job summary

The program targets students pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.

in a relevant field, with coursework in SystemVerilog, UVM, VLSI, and software tools. Intern hourly rates range from 20 to 71 USD, with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a university pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; anticipated graduation date must be clearly indicated on a resume or CV.
• Experience related to SystemVerilog/UVM and VLSI Design and Digital Design.
• Knowledge of CPU/GPU architecture and software infrastructure for hardware validation.
• Programming skills listed include UVM, Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, Perl, TCL, C, C++, Python, Linux.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to hardware verification projects with measurable impact during the 12-week internship.
• Assist with test plans, diagnostics, and functional coverage.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering teams across verification and design domains.
• Apply verification methodologies and debugging tools to validate hardware architectures.
