Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in hardware validation, test engineering, or related work.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and debugging hardware.
• Ability to read datasheets, specs, and schematics.
• Basic programming or scripting, preferably Python; comfortable with Windows/Linux.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, performance, stress, thermal and reliability tests on hardware systems.
• Build and maintain hardware test setups and automate tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware and HW/SW integration issues using lab equipment.
• Review datasheets and schematics to reproduce failures for root cause.
• Document test procedures, results, and validation reports.
• Support prototype builds, field testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
