Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Hardware Validation Engineer for the HLOB Hardware team to bring up, test, and troubleshoot dynamic server platforms, shaping reliability before customer deployments.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams in hardware, firmware, software, and field engineering to improve platform readiness, while applying Linux expertise and scripting to automate validation workflows.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in server validation, system bring-up, lab engineering, or hardware testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bring-up and testing for diverse server platforms and hardware configurations before customer deployment.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, and Linux to isolate failures and propose engineering actions.
• Design and maintain shell scripts and diagnostic tools to streamline testing and improve coverage.
• Collaborate with internal hardware, firmware, software, test development teams and external partners to elevate platform performance.
