Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of hardware validation, verification, or test engineering.
• Experience defining verification requirements for complex hardware products.
• Hands-on hardware bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing automated test solutions and validation frameworks.
• Proficiency with Python, C#, LabVIEW.
• Strong data collection scripting and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Verification Engineer III (Hardware Systems Validation)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 12 Months W2 Contract (Potential Extension)

We are seeking a Verification Engineer III to join a cutting-edge hardware engineering team focused on next-generation wearable and emerging technology products. This role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking 0-to-1 product development, collaborating closely with researchers, architects, hardware designers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of electrical system-level verification, hardware validation, device bring-up, troubleshooting, and test infrastructure development while contributing to innovative products from concept through validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5–10 years of hardware validation, verification, or test engineering experience
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles
• Experience defining verification requirements and owning verification activities for complex hardware products
• Hands‑on experience with hardware bring‑up, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Experience developing automated test solutions and validation frameworks
• Proficiency with: Python/C#/LabVIEW
• Experience with scripting, automation, and data collection
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills with ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Hardware Expertise:

Experience using and debugging with laboratory equipment such as:

• Power Supplies
• Electronic Test Equipment
• Hardware Validation Fixtures

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with data analysis and test result interpretation
