Job summary

Arista Networks in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to drive customer-driven hardware programs from concept through mass production, ensuring milestones are met and delays are prevented.

You will lead cross-functional teams across HW, SW, diagnostics, manufacturing, and product management, create SoW and PRD, manage schedules, and coordinate with customers and partners to deliver high-quality data-center equipment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
• Experience with rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration across electrical, mechanical, software, diagnostics, test, and manufacturing teams.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree; MS/MBA and PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create SoW and PRD for complex hardware programs.
• Own and lead weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings.
• Interface with customers and partners to develop program plans and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products from HW through production.
• Track design validation/qualification status and resolve issues.
• Create a master schedule linking key deliverables across lifecycle.
• Lead design reviews and bug scrub meetings.
• Drive program planning, cost analysis, and milestone reviews.
• Facilitate phase gate review meetings.
