United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Hardware Test Specialist for Starlink to identify and resolve hardware failures in satellites and ground stations. You will work with electrical, mechanical, software, and supply chain teams to improve device reliability and performance of PCBAs.
The role requires troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions across test systems, production lines, and field operations.

As a Hardware Test Specialist for Starlink, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our satellites and ground stations. You will work on identifying, analyzing, and resolving hardware failures to improve the robustness and longevity of our PCBAs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, software, and supply chain to enhance the overall reliability of the Starlink network. This is an opportunity to work on cutting edge R&D technology, and some of the most complex application of electrical engineering in the industry.
Pay Range:
Level 1: $34.00 - $40.00
Level 2: $38.00 - $45.00
Level 3: $42.00 - $51.00
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at the company.

Company shuttles are offered to employees for roundtrip travel from select Seattle locations to the the company Redmond office Monday to Friday.
