We are seeking a Hardware Test Engineer with strong experience in Java‑based hardware test automation, SPI/I2C protocol programming, and custom board testing. ATE test development on RF devices, preferably on Advantest 93k tester using SmarTest revision 8.0.

Strong Java programming for test automation
SPI and I2C protocol programming experience
Understanding of C/C++ firmware interactions
Hands‑on custom board testing experience
Ability to debug hardware signals and communication issues
Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ARM, STM32, PIC, or ESP32
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
USB/UART/CAN communication experience
Board rework and soldering skills
Firmware experience for test mode support
JavaFX or Swing UI experience

This is a full‑time, exempt position, based out of our Saratoga office. The target base pay for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 annually. The total compensation package will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in‑orbit activities. If that’s your experience – then we’ll be immediately wow‑ed.
